Please follow these instructions to prepare
and submit your Camera-ready paper to IDT2016
Step 1: Paper
Formatting
*
Paper submissions should be complete
manuscripts, not exceeding six pages (fees will be added for extra pages: 50 Euros/page).
*
Pages MUST NOT be numbered. The title
and the author list of an accepted paper can
only be changed, in the final manuscript,
upon approval from the IDT2016 co-chairs.
*
Papers must be in the IEEE proceedings
two-column format (A4 size). Please use this
link for:
*
Papers with formatting that does not exactly
follow the template will not be accepted by
IEEE Xplore and cannot be published.
Step 2: Preparing the Paper for IEEE Xplore
Please make sure to add the IDT2016 copyright
notice to the bottom of the first page of
your source document before creating PDFs
For papers in which all authors are employed
by the US government, the copyright notice
is:
U.S. Government work notprotected by U.S.
copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed
by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and
Australia), the copyright notice is:
978-1-5090-4900-4/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed
by the European Union, the copyright notice
is:

Union
For all other papers the copyright notice
is:
978-1-5090-4900-4/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE
Step 3: IEEE Xplore-compliant
Paper Approval
Final Papers for
IDT2016 must be IEEE Xplore-compliant. For
this aim, we have set up a PDF eXpress Plus
page (
http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/)
for you to upload your paper for approval.
If the paper conforms to all guidelines, you
will receive an email with a watermarked PDF
back from PDF eXpressPlus.
Do not forget to include the copyright
notice in your PDF, as changing the paper
later invalidates the PDF eXpressPlus
watermark.
If you have not used PDF eXpress before, you
will need to create an account first.
You will also need the IDT2016 conference ID "40755XP"
for IEEE PDF eXpressPlus.
Step 4: IEEE Copyright
Form
IEEE policy requires that, prior to
publication, all authors or their employers
must transfer to the IEEE any copyright they
hold for their individual papers.
Transferring copyright is a necessary
requirement for publication, except for
material in the public domain or which is
reprinted with permission from a previously
published, copyrighted publication.
The IEEE Copyright Form
(http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html)
must be completed, hand -signed and sent to
IDT2016 with the Camera-ready papers.
Step 5: Paper upload
After the above steps have been completed,
please upload the a copy of the PDF you get
from PDF eXpress Plus and the corresponding
copyright to Easychair.
If you are encountering any troubles with
camera-ready submission, please contact
