Awards : The Workshop will have the following awards, which will be announced and bestowed at the Workshop closing session.
The Best Demo Award will be conferred to the author(s) of a demo presented at the workshop, selected by the Program committee Chairs based on the best combined marks of poster reviewing, assessed by the Program Committee, and demo presentation quality, assessed by session chairs at the conference venue. All research demo submissions that have a student as leading author will be automatically subscribed to the Student Research Demo competition of TWESD. An evaluation committee will view and score the demos and select one for Best Demo Award. Demos will be primarily judged on originality, execution, and illustration of the core research ideas.
The author of an awarded demo will be entitled to:
A new award for best presentation at TWESDWorkshop has been launched to celebrate the most inspiring, effective and professional speaker and his/her ability to deliver an impactful, authoritative and engaging presentation. Presentation standards are already quite high, but we want to challenge you even further and encourage you to put as much effort as possible into raising the bar even more. The award is given on the basis of the quality of the presentation and the written paper. It recognizes the best presentation based on the communication of the content and the ability of the presenter to inspire and engage the audience. The award is based on attendees’ evaluation forms turned in at the end of the event. The author of an awarded presentation will be entitled to:
