Objectives
The aim of this contest is to promote
students’ interests in the integrated
circuit design fields and enhance their
practical hardware implementation skills by
providing competition between graduate and
undergraduate students. The contest will be
organized by the the IEEE Tunisia CAS
Chapter in collaboration with the IEEE CEDA
Tunisia Chapter.
Awards
Papers will be selected by a committee of
international experts in the IC design
field. The three best papers will be awarded
by the IEEE Tunisia CAS Chapter. Further,
the first authors of all selected works will
be offered a free IEEE and CAS society
registration for 2012. Besides, all selected
papers will be included in the ICM 2011
proceeding and published in the IEEE Xplore
database.
Submission
Interested students will have to submit an
extended abstract (2 pages including figures
to be sent to
hassene.mnif@ieee.org) that describes
the competition proposal. After a
pre-contest selection, authors of the
selected papers will have to submit an
extended version of their works (4
pages/IEEE Template). The first author of
each selected work will be offered one free
day participation to ICM conference (www.ieee-icm.com)
to present his paper in front of a jury.
