IoTech 2018
The international school on Internet of Things Enabling Technologies (IoTech 2018) will be organized by Computer & Embedded Systems (CES) laboratory, in collaboration with Digital Research Centre of Sfax (CNRS), from 17th to 20th March 2018 in Sousse, Tunisia.
The goal of IoTech school is to build the professional skills of researchers and industrials, and promote international exchanges. This school covers the entire IoT ecosystem, while focusing on innovative advancements in cutting-edge technologies enabling the IoT, such as:
(1) Network Communication
(2) Cloud Computing
(3) Big Data
(4) Embedded Systems
Each topic is covered by theory and hands-on sessions given by international experts from academy and industry. Through the different hands-on activities, each participant will get insights on how to build a complete end-to-end IoT application.
IoTECH school is open for Ph.D. and Master students, engineers, researchers, and industrials worldwide, who are interested in the Internet of Things.
Call for demos New
IoTech 2018 will include a demo session, intended for both academic and industrial exhibitors, to show case their innovative research prototypes and industrial products respectively, in the area of IoT. The objective of IoTech demo session is to exhibit real-life implementations of research results in the field of IoT and bring together industry and academia around demo working systems and groundbreaking ideas.
Demonstrators are invited to submit a two-page abstract to the following address: iotech2018@gmail.com. The Demo abstract describes the application being demonstrated, the equipment that will be used for the demonstration and the demonstration experience. This abstract must clearly explain how the proposed demo is innovative and of interest for IoTech school attendees. The abstract can be enriched with multimedia attachments.
Each demonstration will be provided with a table and an electrical power strip. Any otherequipment needs to be provided by the demonstrators.
